They are currently seeking a talented and motivated QA Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Position: QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deviation & CAPA Management: Assess the impact of deviations, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Change Control Management: Assess and manage all proposed changes, ensuring proper handling and implementation by the relevant departments.
  • Audit and Inspection: Support in the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of inspections and audits.
  • Batch Review and Release: Review batch documentation and analytical results to maintain product quality standards.
  • Handling: Assess the impact of market complaints and supplier complaints, leading investigations and implementing necessary corrective and preventive actions.
  • Product Quality Review: Collect and analyze product data, collaborate with other departments to draw conclusions and improve product quality.
  • Training: Provide coaching and training to operational and QA departments to enhance quality awareness and compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in projects aimed at improving product quality, processes, and services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field.
  • 2+ years of experience in QA, with knowledge of GMP processes and ISO 13485.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
  • Enthusiastic and professional team player who can effectively transfer the quality policy to colleagues.
  • Proactive, organized, and autonomous, with a strong commitment to the company.
  • Analytical mindset, solution-oriented, and experienced in a production environment.
  • Accurate and detail-oriented.
