Job Details

Title: Learning & Development Administrator

Contract Length: 11 Months

Pay rate: €24 - €27/hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5H/W

Location: Carlow, Ireland

Role Overview:

Our client is looking for a Learning & Development Administrator to become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design, facilitate, implement, and optimise their pharmaceuticals site Training system, learning programs and training initiatives for the site.

Some of the key responsibilities for the Learning & Development Administrator will include:

  • Assess and prioritise training needs for the site (e.g., through consultation with L&D Lead, Global L&D Contact, managers/ system owners, and subject matter experts), with reference to the site's strategic goals and Employee Development Plans.
  • Support managers and individuals by providing information, advice, and resources to promote a high performing organisation. This includes design and delivery of customised training plans for new and existing employees.
  • Support and further develop the L&D Business partner model
  • LMS System admin/ super user - lead the day-to-day operation for the learning management system
  • Facilitate classroom and skills training as required

The successful candidate must have:

  • Diploma or higher preferred; ideally in a related discipline
  • Considerable experience and critical skills in their area of expertise that add value to the business; ideally in a Learning and Development setting preferably GMP setting.

  • Expert knowledge of principles and methods for design and delivery of training material.
