My client is seeking a Lead Operations Planner to join their expanding team in Switzerland.
As the Lead Operations Planner, you will be a fundamental part of our long-term success. You will be responsible for developing a planning strategy for our BioAtrium Operations and coordinating the operational activities. You will also be for developing a Master Production Plan, developing detailed plans for production, maintenance, resource planning and equipment, and improving planning accuracy through process and system optimizations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain or biotechnology or corresponding vocational training qualification.
- 4+ years of experience in a production environment (GMP).
- 5+ years of experience in supply planning in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology, or in planning other complex projects (e.g. CAPEX).
- English business fluent and intermediate German (B2).
- Experience in leading smaller teams of advantage.
- Good SAP knowledge in the area of production planning in the pharmaceutical/process industry.
- Proficient knowledge of Office programs, especially MS Project.
