Tasks & responsibilities

  • In your new role as Process Manager Training and Compliance you will analyze processes within global therapeutic areas (TAs) and contribute your expertise to improve business operations.
  • In this context, you will identify potential compliance and business continuity risks.
  • Consequently, you will plan and execute process improvement measures regarding standardized business processes in coordination with cross-TA teams.
  • You will review training needs and set-up and assign trainings across TAs. As LOS administrator, you will further be responsible for documenting, reviewing, and designing training curricula.
  • You will provide your input in following up on internal audit findings and ensure that defined actions are completed.
  • Furthermore, you will provide guidance for documentation and archiving topics for the TAs and counsel issue resolution on these topics.



Requirements


  • Bachelor´s or Master’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, science or equivalent
  • Profound knowledge of functional and cross-functional processes and their interactions within therapeutic areas
  • Thorough understanding of training and compliance aspects
  • Open-mindedness and balanced approach in conflict resolution and flexibility to continuously learn and adjust
  • Dedicated team player; solution and result orientation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
