THE POSITION

With your passion and experience leading big and complex projects, you will help driving our ongoing business transformation in finance, commercial, supply chain and operations across the world towards One ERP solution (SAP). As part of your role, you will lead the transformation within IT for Germany closely collaborating with many other businesses and functions.

Tasks & responsibilities

• In your new role, you will lead the Germany transformation project implementing SAP S/4 HANA driving further process excellence for our business.
• You are responsible for the adherence to our project methodology as well as template standards, while preparing the organization for post go live.
• In this context, you will closely collaborate and interact with multiple global and local functions and businesses, such as finance, operations or supply chain.
• You will define project plans, resourcing and targets based on overarching program plans and regularly report status including risk management.
• Furthermore, you will make sure our external implementation partners deliver against our defined targets.
• Based on our IT strategy and architecture, you will drive the definition of the overarching to-be landscape for Germany.
• Finally, you will identify and align dependencies with other projects and programs and ensure in-sync delivery based on aligned anchor plans.

Requirements

• Extensive experience within the IT domain and several years of leadership experience
• At least several years of experience with SAP/ERP and other relevant standard software as well as with computer system validation
• Demonstrated project management capability based on the successful completion of large projects
• Excellent relationship development and management capabilities as well as a demonstrated capability to apply technology solutions in addressing complex business issues
• Highly self-motivated, result driven and team oriented
• Fluent English and German language skills
