Working as part of the team based in Eye, Suffolk , we are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will be the first point of contact for a wide variety of visitors to site, liaise with internal teams including security and maintenance while providing support to the wider site to ensure smooth day-day running of all operations.

Full training will be provided; however, experience is a previous reception or customer service role is greatly preferred due to the nature of the work.

Duties:
  • Switchboard call handing
  • Reception administrative duties
  • Receiving clients / visitors and liaising with hosts, security team and key stakeholders
  • Hospitality requests
  • Facilities co-ordinator support including (but not limited to) raising supplier orders, allocating FM job orders, service record receipting, contractor bookings and record keeping
  • Inter-site car hire management (where applicable)
  • CAFM reporting of faults
  • Maintaining meeting room standards


Education requirements:
  • GCSE level or equivalent including English and Maths


Experience:
  • Excellent attention to detail and can work to strict deadlines
  • Experience of reception or customer service work
  • Computing skills, including word processing and use of spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Office packages and Microsoft Project)
  • General management and interpersonal skills to participate in a positive culture and collaboration within internal teams
  • Good communication skills to be able to communicate effectively at all levels internally as well as with external clients, suppliers, etc.
