Progression opportunity for experienced Production/Manufacturing Managers to take an advancement into a more senior function.

This business is rapidly growing CDMO with considerable multi-site expansion over the last few years – as such a new opening has arisen for a Senior Manufacturing Manager on this facility, to take direct responsibility for operational functions of the production set up.

With direct and indirect management responsibilities, this individual will bring in their experience of how to build efficiency, productivity and continuous improvement across all levels, with a long term vision in how to build a successful operations culture as the business expands further.

As this site continues its expansion, opportunities for exposure and development are readily available and encouraged, if desired.

Key experience:

Manufacturing/Production experience in a GMP setting is essential Any experience including packaging (primary and secondary) would be beneficial Line management experience is essential – ideally direct and indirect Experience of audit processes and how to implement change Continuous improvement mindset
