We specialise in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), conducting studies and analyses to evaluate the value and impact of healthcare interventions. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of driving evidence-based healthcare.
Position Overview:
As an Assistant Project Manager in HEOR, you will play a crucial role in supporting our research projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will assist in managing the day-to-day activities of research projects, ensuring their successful completion within defined timelines and budgetary constraints. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Managing of large complex health technology assessment (HTA) projects
- Prepare plans to execute and monitor project progress
- Identify and helping to manage potential project risks
- Coordinate and monitor project team activities
- Create client-ready presentations and materials with input from the project team
- Maintain effective communication with clients
- Assist the Head of HTA to ensure that projects are delivered to time and budget
- Manage invoice schedules and administrative tasks related to projects
- Contribute to business development, including helping to write proposals and proposal

- Contributing to company marketing and lead generation activities
- Coordinate the writing of blogs and arranging webinars
Requirements:
- 2.1 degree or higher in health / life sciences related subject
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to grasp new information quickly
- Able to manage time and prioritise deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Able to identify problems and offer solutions
- Pro-active with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Knowledge of the health and / or life sciences sector(s)
- Basic knowledge of health economics
