TalentSource Life Sciences (the sponsor-dedicated division of CROMSOURCE) is searching for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to strengthen the team of one of our global clients, a research-based BioPharmaceutical company dedicated to developing innovative therapies for some of the world's most complex and serious diseases.

CROMSOURCE is an international CRO with a strong focus on quality, professional development, and supportive culture. As a client-facing role, we are looking for confident candidates with the ability to work independently whilst establishing a high-trust environment with their client counterparts.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Support management in project work, e.g. implementation of new products,
• method transfers and validations, change and deviation management
• Communication with interfaces and stakeholders within the framework of project activities
• Creation of project plans and project slides
• Creation of documents in English and German

Education and Experience:

• At least a bachelor's degree
• Master's degree or PhD desirable
• QA background
• GMP experience desirable

Specific Role Requirements and Skills:

• Fluent in German and English
• Curiosity to work on new things for which there are sometimes no specifications
• Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexible working according to project progress and requirements
• Proactive character with hands-on mentality
