Interim QA Manager

Hobson Prior are currently seeking for an Interim QA Manager to join a fantastic pharma organisation on a contract basis located in Basel. Our client is focused on developing, in/out-licensing as well as marketing novel pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will handle and uphold the revisions/compilations of QS documents such as POL, SOPs.
• Supervise CAPA, Deviation, change control, complaints, etc.
• Manage PQR/APR as well as quality agreements.
• Responsible for tracking new regulatory guidelines and executing them in collaboration with the QA team.
• The ideal candidate will coach and assist all company's divisions for FMP subjects.
• You will optimise the pharmaceutical systems, examining and improving processes, systems, quality tools, etc, when needed.
• Evaluate the batch documentation as well as conduct shipment release tasks.
• Execute and assist with quality risk management approach and tools.
• Uphold and oversee KPI.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a life science field or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance GMP/GDP within a pharmaceutical organisation.
• Expertise in QA Compliance.
• Fluency in the English and German languages.
• Willing to travel for business needs up to 5% of the time.
