TalentSource Life Sciences (the sponsor-dedicated division of CROMSOURCE), is searching for a CTA Trainer to join one of our sponsors in Leuven, Belgium. This will be for 3 months. The first week will be full time and on-site, and the remainder of the time will be for approximately 1.5 days per week and can be a mix of home/on-site working.

CROMSOURCE is an international CRO with a strong focus on quality, professional development, and supportive culture. As a client-facing role, we are looking for confident candidates with the ability to work independently whilst establishing a high-trust environment with the client counterparts.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Provide training, support, and mentorship to a CTA. This will include training on the following topics:
• General knowledge of clinical trial documentation: what type of documents to expect and how to look for correctness per type of document.
• DIA Reference Model Classification
• Veeva eTMF: how to file, create documentation, how to work with expected documents, how to find documentation in the system

Education and Experience:

• Proven experience as a CTA or in a role such as CRA or Project Manager with a in-depth knowledge of the CTA role
• Strong knowledge of GCP, clinical trial documentation
• Familiarity with DIA Reference Model Classification, including how to propose filing locations.
• Experience with Veeva eTMF
• Language skills: French and English
