As a Product Owner, you will have the chance to develop and optimize innovative digital products according to changing market needs, coordinating the agile development process from product idea to market launch. You will work independently with partners, derive recommendations from customer surveys and pilot solutions. Responsibilities
* Analyze and recognize changing market needs and optimize the existing product portfolio
* Plan, coordinate, and control agile development processes from product idea to market launch
* Collect and specify customer requirements and plan and coordinate software development projects
* Design and interpret customer surveys, build MVPs, and pilot solutions
* Participate in product strategy, budgeting, and forecasts

Requirements
* Commercial training and/or a higher degree in business administration
* At least 3 years of experience in IT product development or as a product owner
* Practical experience in agile product development
* Perfect knowledge of German and ideally also English and French
* Location-independent work possible, 2 days presence in Bern is required.
