Job Details

We are exclusively working with a global organisation who are leaders in various therapeutic areas across Specialty Care. They are looking for a Nordic Field Sales Trainer to work on the local implementation of the strategy for Customer Facing Teams across functions and ensure the development and implementation of several training initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and exchange with the EU regional team
  • Lead Customer Engagement Excellence within the local affiliates in the Nordics in alignment with the regional priorities & plans
  • Analyse training needs and co-create (with EU regional team) various trainings for Customer Facing Teams in Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access etc.
  • Ensure implementation of coaching process and of Customer Engagement initiatives (e.g. hybrid customer engagement model, account management etc.)
  • Focus on productivity, quality of customer interactions, and activities, such as orchestration across different customer engagement channels

 

Requirements:

  • 3 -5 years of working experience in training, within cross-functional customer engagement, Go-To-Market strategy implementation, account management
  • Fluency in a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, Norweigan, Finnish) and English
  • Excellent lateral leadership skills as well as project management skills
