Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a Hematology - Medical Technologist to join a brilliant CRO on a permanent basis. Our client is focused on offering services drug and medical devices development.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this role, you will be expected to take responsibility in developing expertise on diseases procedures and correlation with clinical lab data.
  • As the Hematology - Medical Technologist, you will conduct regular instrument upkeep and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Guarantee validity of lab data that is reported.
  • Responsible for conducting testing, documentation, validation and regular lab system operational tasks.
  • Any other assigned duties.

  • Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Interpersonal capabilities.
  • Able to present self in a professional manner with a solid work ethic.
  • Possesses a sense of accountability as well as being studious.
  • Capable of working in a precise manner with the ability to resolve issues and manage stress.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a biomedical lab technology, option medical lab technology and certification by the national-level professional evaluation organisation.
  • Expertise on drug therapy practices and medical vocabulary.
  • Familiarity working with haematology and chemistry.
  • Fluency in the English language.
  • Acquaintance with haematology would be advantageous.
