As a CMC Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing breakthrough discoveries and contributing to the development of innovative biotechnology solutions. Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and experiments to drive scientific discoveries and innovation.
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate new methodologies and technologies.
• Analyse and interpret data, and present findings to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize research protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field and contribute to scientific publications.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of research strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, protocols, and results.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• A Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field. Candidates with a Master's degree and significant industry experience will also be considered.
• Strong expertise in molecular biology techniques, including DNA and RNA extraction, PCR, cloning, and sequencing.
• Proficiency in cell culture techniques and experience working with primary cells and cell lines.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute experiments independently and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and data analysis techniques is a plus.
