Associate Director/ Director Project Management

Hobson Prior are looking for an Associate Director/Director Project Management to join a brilliant biopharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis located in Gosselies. Our client is focused on improving and prolonging people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will be responsible for displaying as well as defending project plans, scenarios, concerns and suggestions to senior committees.
• Accountable for guaranteeing constant project management standards to facilitate efficient portfolio management.
• Cooperate with cross-functional international matrix teams, being accountable for project management of drug development plans.
• You will be accountable for both the development and quality of integrated project plans such as timelines, milestones, interdependencies, resources, value and risks, and recognition/management of the critical path.
• Collaborate with the project leader(s) accountable for setting ambiguous objectives and assisting the team to implement the project plan.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to an advance degree level or obtained scientific or technical training pertinent to the role.
• At least 5+ years of experience in an international project management role within a biopharmaceutical organisation.
• Familiarity in a project management role handling clinical-stage drug development projects such as late-stage clinical development projects through regulatory proposals which would be beneficial.
• Computer literacy.
• Comprehension of the drug development procedure from preclinical steps through FTIM/IND/CTA proposal, registration and post-registration.
• Comprehension of functional areas of drug development, which involves preclinical, toxicology, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, CMC/drug supply, translational medicine, data sciences and clinical operations.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Willing to travel for business needs.
