Job Details
Our client is seeking a part-time (0.8 FTE) Project and Quality Assurance Coordinator for a top-selling OTC combination drug. The role involves managing the project and life cycle of the drug in Switzerland and Rest of World Countries (ROW).
Rate: 90-100CHF per hour
Contract Length: 2 years
Location: Basel, Switzerland
Start date: Mid-July/beginning of August 2023
Partly remote work possible
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, production, or regulatory affairs in the life science sector
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QMS-relevant IT systems
- Fluent in English and German
- Scientific/technical degree in life sciences
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating operational tasks between the contract manufacturer and internal stakeholders
- Managing change control processes for quality-related changes
- Reporting project progress and costs to headquarters and internal stakeholders
- Assisting in the introduction of new processes and optimizing existing ones
- Coordinating technical project progress and problem-solving
- Reviewing release documents and supporting regulatory implementation
- Assisting with audits, quality agreements, specifications, validations, and more
