OSD Project Manager

Hobson Prior are currently looking for an OSD Project Manager to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis. Our client is focused on generating a healthier community.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will prepare technical specs and guide the tendering procedure.
• Produce lifecycle documents, which involves URS, risk assessments, IOPQ, etc.
• Outline and ensure alignment around scope, planning and budget.
• Conduct as well as report tests rendering to GMP regulations CFR21 part 11 and test processes.
• Implement solids projects in teams or independently.
• You will draw up technical specifications for solids equipment within the DPDS corporation.
• Responsible for being a specialist/owner of solids equipment within multi-disciplinary projects.
• Report quality incidents, aberrations, follow-up of actions rendering to the protocol.
• Any other assigned duties.

• Capable of resisting stress with the ability to be flexible to conditions and situations.

Requirements:

• Educated to an advanced degree level in an industrial science or corresponding through work experience.
• Expertise and familiarity with OSD equipment would be beneficial.
• Acquaintance with project management skills.
• A background ideally in a pharmaceutical aspect with know-how od the machine directive, ATEX guidelines, PED guidelines, piping standards, risk analysis such as HAZOP, FMEA, etc.
• Comprehension of P&IDs and any other technical documents as well as the ability to translate them into a solids system in a quick manner.
• At least 7 - 12 years (dependent on level) of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in the Dutch language with knowledge in English.
• Computer literacy.
