Job Details

An exciting opportunity for Facilities Coordinator to join the Corporate Real Estate & Services (CRES) team.

Do you have experience of working within a CRES services environment, excellent communication skills together with a professional customer service approach then we would like to hear from you!

This position will be based at Parexel’s office Bio Park in Paris .

Key Accountabilities :
  • Responsible for maintaining the day-to-day CRES operations
  • Monitors the health & safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas.
  • Ensures routine maintenance, inspections and repairs are completed as scheduled and as needed.
  • Partners with Procurement on supplier relationships and payment of invoices.
  • Maintains site compliance for all inspections/audits, regulatory or client or statutory authorities.
  • Implements and enforces CRES policy and procedures.
  • Work closely with business partners to provide solutions to business needs and implement them
  • Assist with space planning and/or move management
  • Manage and co-ordinating third-party vendors
  • To effectively procure and manage the use of office supplies and stationery.
  • Oversee general facilities maintenance and preventative maintenance


Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • A wealth of experience working within building services environment or a similar environment
  • Experience in Environmental, Health and Safety regulations and have a good understanding of the different legislations in place
  • Understand & knowledge of technical systems, e.g., A/V, Security, Sound Masking, Lighting Controls, etc.
  • Experience in the use of hand tools for minor repairs
  • Must be service oriented with a client focused approach to work, ability to problem-solving and be solutions focused
  • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in cross-functional areas
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organised, self-motivated, able to work on own initiative together with a hand on approach
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team player and builder
  • A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
  • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail

  • Computer literate (MS Office)


Education:
  • High School Diploma
  • Technical Diploma (any relevant area) or equivalent experience
  • Professional training in the area of handcraft and/or experience in building services


Language
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
