Our UK site in Alconbury, Cambridgeshire is currently recruiting for a Senior Laboratory Analyst to join the Bioanalysis division.

As the Senior Laboratory Analyst, you will have responsibility for the following:
  • Undertaking routine analysis of samples using LC-MS/MS techniques
  • Working as part of a team alongside other analysts, study managers and technical specialists to perform bioanalytical testing services in accordance with GLP & GCP regulatory requirements
  • Performing sample preparation following multiple different sample preparation procedures (e.g Protein precipitation, Solid phase,, liquid-liquid, SLE, Derivatisation, Digestion) analysis and data interpretation in accordance with the study parameters to deliver study data to our clients in the agreed timescale
  • Utilizing various extraction techniques to develop an understanding of analytical method validation and assist in method development
  • Develop an understanding of Analytical method validation and support carrying out long-term stability experiments

Education and experience:
  • Scientific degree (Chemistry or equivalent preferred)
  • OR relevant scientific industry experience in a bioanalytical lab
  • Minimum a first professional work experience in a lab environment, experience in a bioanalysis of analytical lab is an advantage
  • Knowledge of LC-MS/MS and pipetting experience
