The Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will support the Director, FP&A as a key financial business partner. This person will be responsible for monthly consolidations and preparation of the presentation package to the Board of Directors. The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A is expected to establish themselves as a strong business partner to leaders throughout the organization as well as a subject matter expert as across their domain area within the P&L and Balance Sheet.

Experience & Minimum Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in FP&A at CRO or FP&A modeling experience required.

•          Ability to perform advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint required, Anaplan and Netsuite experience preferred.

•          Strong business acumen; understands business implications of decisions.

•          Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement.

•          Supports and explains reasoning for decisions/recommendations.

•          Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•          Strong networking, team building and relationship management skills.

•          Proven ability to work independently.

•          Experience in a matrixed, multi-site, multinational environment strongly preferred.

•          Demonstrated competency in dealing with ambiguity and problem-solving abilities.
