Logistics Analyst

An opportunity for an experienced logistics analyst to join a renowned medical devices company for an initial 18-month, fixed term contract - with potential to join permanent at the end of the period.

This role will see you supporting all logistics operations for supply chain management, managing and liaising with key service providers, as well as implementing new ERC systems ensuring a streamlined process.

This role will initially be based in-country, however as this is a globally established business, this role has the potential to grow on an international scale, and so offers a lot of opportunity to progress.

You will be joining a small team and directly supported by senior management, with an extremely flexible culture offering a hybrid remote/on-site model (1-2 days on-site a week).

This would suit someone with strong experience in the implementation of SAP in a supply chain environment.

Previous medical device or pharmaceutical experience is desired however not essential and so could present a good opportunity for anyone wanting to transition industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyse transportation and logistics data to optimise delivery times, reduce transportation costs and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Supply chain ERP implementation.
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for adjustments to ensure adequate supply for production and customer demand.
• Develop and implement processes to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for the shipment of pharmaceutical products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics and transportation management.
• SAP implementation experience (S4 Hana highly desirable).

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 plus superannuation and three-month completion bonus.
