Office Manager - 12 month contract - 30 hours per week

Planet Pharma is working exclusively with a global clinical research organisation who are looking for a strong admin professional to join the business as an Office Manager. 

As part of this role, you will be responsible for organising and coordinating internal and external company meetings and events including company social events, supporting the finance team with day-to-day operations, and supporting other internal teams to assist with business information and ensuring various databases are up to date. 

This position will require someone to be based in the office 4-5 days a week, and offers the opportunity to take on this part-time position for an initial 12 months with the option of becoming a permanent member of the team. 

For this position, my client is looking for someone who has extensive administration experience. Ideally you will have experience working as an office coordinator/office manager but you must be keen to take on a supportive role,  playing a key part in the successful workings of a global, international company in the life sciences industry.
