Job Overview

We are looking for a Dedicated Line Manager (DLM)-Sponsor dedicated to serve as a main point of contact with the sponsor in different key operational areas proving guidance and supporting the business strategic decisions to ensure that accomplish the goals set. This person would work closely with another DLM.

Essential Functions
• Be responsible of performing accompanied ASV for CRA assessment, capability and follow up.
•Be responsible that thorough the process the implementation of GCP principles.
• Support and training to CRAs as required (operational, non study-specific, role ready, soft skills, etc) as it relates to site management and oversight
• Conduct reviews and analysis of the metrics and CRA performance of the studies and oversee the workloads, study metrics and site performances.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure consistency in contract preparation
•Be in charge of the recruitment, on boarding of the new team members ensuring that have all the materials ready for the studies assigned.
• Co-ordinate with Project Finance and Global Finance as appropriate to implement process improvements
• In collaboration with the other members develop an action plan re: IMP management as per TMP noncompliance and quality standards and ensure delivery non delivery of action

Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Health Science or similar field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a team manager in CRO or Pharma.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in Dutch, French and English languages
• Excellent organization, interpersonal, teamwork skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with all levels of staff
• Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines as necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with Peoplesoft preferred
• Willingness to work in a flexible and challenging environment
