THE POSITION


Would you like to be part of our international and innovative Accounting to Reporting [A2R] Process Management [PM] team "Financial Solutions" in Global Business Services Ingelheim? In your role as Process Manager, you work in a globally operating team that designs, builds, supports and continuously improves BI's global A2R processes. Together with our whole A2R team, your comprehensive expertise in the area of Accounting to Reporting and your technical skills all around SAP FI/CO, we bring innovative solutions from paper to work.


Tasks & responsibilities


  • In your new role, you design, build, deploy and support global processes in Finance and Controlling based on SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA and other digital solutions.
  • You drive the development and implementation of process and system improvements in cooperation with the Global A2R Process Owner [GPO].
  • As point of contact for our A2R key users, you closely collaborate with our colleagues from IT and Quality-Assurance as well as shared service center and local F&C colleagues all over the world.
  • With your process and technical expertise, you furthermore drive the demand and change management process.
  • Utilizing your project experience, you manage and support local and global projects considering the whole project lifecycle.
  • Additionally, as part of our validation manager-community, you manage system changes and work on keeping our processes and systems in a validated status.



Requirements


  • Master's degree in business administration, Business Informatics or Business Engineering with focus on Finance & Controlling, alternatively bachelor's degree with several years of relevant wokt experience
  • Work experience in the area of Finance & Controlling with a profound knowledge in SAP FI/CO application is required
  • Comprehensive technical skills and technical affinity to systems like SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA and SAP Solution Manager needed
  • Experience in leading (international) projects as well as experience in moderating workshops is necessary (agile methods welcome)
  • Structured, result-oriented and proactive working style with the ability to negotiate with stakeholders
  • Intercultural skills and the willingness to travel internationally to a certain degree
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German required
