Our client, a leading manufacturing company that specializes in producing high-quality products for clients in various industries currently seek a talented HR Generalist Administrator to join our team in Linz, Austria on a permanent basis. The HR Generalist Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the HR department and managing various HR-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and hiring decisions.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Managing employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Providing support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and employee development.
  • Coordinating and managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Conducting new employee orientation and ensuring new employees have the necessary information and resources to succeed.
  • Managing employee offboarding, including exit interviews and final paperwork. Assisting with payroll and timekeeping processes as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR administration or related field.
  • Knowledge of Austrian employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both English and German is a must
