About This Job:

We currently have a new opportunity for an Omnichannel Strategy Operations Manager to be based in Istanbul, Turkey.  This is an individual contributor position and will play an integral role within the newly set up Customer Engagement Model.

In this role, you will work closely with the Business Units and deliver optimal customer engagement and how the operating processes can be maximized in due course.    

You will have the opportunity to support Astellas digital transformation journey and shape up the future ways of working to achieve financial targets.

Key Activities:

  • Support digitalization and capability uplift in the affiliate
  • Producing management reports and supporting sales and marketing functions by providing analytical reports on sales and activity at national, regional and territory level. 
  • Supporting the CRMS programs used in-house and in the field.
  • Development and administration of processes that measure sales force effectiveness.
  • Administration and distribution of monthly and cumulative sales v target and other performance reports to the regional business managers and representatives.
  • Design and delivery of Dashboards giving performance feedback to field based sales personnel

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Substantial experience in the areas of Omnichannel engagement and strategic planning in Turkey.
  • Recent experience of leading digital transformation and digital marketing projects
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data sets and systems.
  • Strong collaborative skills: ability to work cross-functionally within a diverse and dynamic, multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain good working relations with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills.

Educations/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
