Qualified Person (QP)

QUALIFIED PERSON (QP)

We are seeking an experienced QP to join our team at a leading manufacturer, wholesaler, and exporter of branded generic medicines and healthcare products worldwide. As a QP, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with current legislative requirements and providing subject matter expert reports.

Requirements:

• Qualified QP eligible to release batches within the UK
• Experience as a Qualified Person within the Pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience working at a senior level

Responsibilities:

• Perform duties in accordance with Directive 2001/83/EC and EU Guidance on GMP, Annex 16 requirements
• Conduct annual product reviews and be involved in new product introduction through to product release
• Liaise with Contract Manufacturing Organizations and Packaging Manufacturers
• Maintain and operate the Quality Management System in full compliance with all current legislative requirements
• Conduct audits, prepare and respond with Corrective Action Preventive Actions (CAPA) and close out the same
• Continually monitor and maintain an awareness of GMP/ GDP / ISO requirements to assess their impact on the operations and ensure compliance within a timely manner
