Global Medical Information Director - Infectious Diseases

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating standard medical information content to fulfil unsolicited Medical Information
• Development of Global Medical Information training for implementation at local call centres, external business partners, and other team members
• Continuous monitoring of product trends from a Global level to ensure appropriate content strategy and documents are developed
• Continuous improvement of Medical Information processes and deliverables
• Support audit readiness always to GxP standards
• Ad hoc project support as needed for globalisation efforts in Medical Information
• Establish and continuously monitor enquiry trends and metrics and proactively identify unmet content needs and communicates product trends to the wider business
• Provide support to the wider global business and local affiliates with the handling of complex inquiries
• Generate digital content for the Global Medical Information website and for local implementation

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical and scientific training required. Direct scientific/clinical experience in the therapeutic area desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a complex matrix environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working with Global Medical Information systems and vendors.
• Prior industry experience in a pre and post-marketing setting (desirable).
• At least 4 years above country Medical Information experience
