We are looking for Facilities Assistant to be office-based in our amazing Warsaw office.

The main scope of duties:
  • Welcoming guests and immediately informing the relevant employees about the arrival;
  • Passing and providing basic information;
  • Answering incoming and outgoing phone calls;
  • Operation of the phone exchange: answering calls, connecting calls between relevant employees, complying with policy concerning the phone exchange and answering calls;
  • Handling mail and handling couriers;
  • Performing other admin and minor secretary's work, including for instance preparation of letters, copying and sending documents;
  • Organizing business trips for employees;


Education:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but high school diploma acceptable


Experience:
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant administrative/facility experience is preferable but not a must;
  • Positive attitude, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Fluent Polish and B2 English
  • MS Office package
