Job Details

My client is a leading pharma market research and consulting agency and they are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Research Manager (Ad Hoc) to join their team either remotely in the UK or in their office in London.

As a Research Manager (Ad Hoc), you will be responsible for managing 2 to 3 projects at a time, preparing and presenting client presentations, supporting senior management in training and managing junior staff, and implementing proposals.

Their Ad Hoc research team partners with global pharmaceutical and biotech clients to solve marketing, brand, advertising, and communications problems through a mixture of innovative qualitative and quantitative market research techniques. They work in a collaborative environment that values diverse backgrounds and shared values and aims to make a difference in human health.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in market research with healthcare experience or experience in other research sectors, appreciation of marketing/client-side issues, self-motivation, good communication skills, ability to multitask under pressure and to tight deadlines, and a 'can do' attitude. You should also have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills, and be a collaborative team player who communicates ideas and issues effectively.

This is a full-time permanent role, and they offer a hybrid work pattern with two days per week in the office and one day per month for remote workers.
