A new opportunity has arisen for a Sales profile to develop into a key role, such as Business Developer.

My client is a renown multinational that operates with the aim of offering the most advanced technologies in the Surgical market, to better millions of patients' lives, and is now looking for a motivated person to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for Business Development within his/her/theirs designated territory.
  • Leadership of the Sales Process in the Territory.
  • Works with both the clinical and administrative departments
  • Trains Sales Force on products and external stakeholders
  • Supports Marketing plans and product launch
  • Responsible of relations with distributors e third parties

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Sales/Marketing role of 3-5 years, within the Ostomy segment
  • Bachelor's degree in biology, biology engineering, medicine, nursing or any related discipline
  • Fluent in Italian and English; any additional language is strongly appreciated
  • Proven experience in Ostomy market and good commercial acumen related
  • Ability to travel within the National territory
  • Demonstrated conceptual, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Based in Roma/Milano
