Job Details

Hobson Prior are looking for a IPV Affairs Compliance Associate Manager to join a Pharmaceutical Organisation on a contract basis. Our Client is focused on improving access to fight sickness through innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance and operational efficiency of the Global Team.
  • Ensure adequate centralization of activities enabling process optimization and increasing efficiencies.
  • Ensure overall inspection readiness and support operational tasks.
  • Cooperate closely with regional members in order to ensure the consistency of the global approach.
  • Lead or participate in global or regional multi-disciplinary projects and shape strategies for the projects assigned.
  • Assist with the writing of investigations and perform root cause analysis in order to ensure high quality, consistency and accuracy.
  • Identify appropriate solutions to mitigate non-conformances and prevent recurring issues in collaboration with Medical Safety Teams/LSOs.
  • Assure records are being completed and closed in a timely manner.
  • Provide advice or support on all matters relating to QI and CAPAs within IPV.
  • Support trends in audit and inspection reports to improve global performance.
  • As needed, assist LSOs with request forms and process flows.
  • Provide support to LSOs to ensure consistency and accuracy of content in agreements
  • Ensure that the IPV PVA/vendor agreements are being overseen by the regional heads and the local safety officers
  • Assist with acquisitions and divestitures.

Key Skills

  • Expertise in the tool used for PVA Assessment.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, negotiate with external partners, and coach people in influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • An experienced multidisciplinary team player with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively with computer-based applications.
  • A fluent command of English is a must, and any additional language is considered an advantage.

Requirements:

  • Degrees in medicine, pharmaceuticals, or natural sciences
  • Experience in Pharmacovigilance and expertise in the pharmaceutical industry
  • An understanding of vigilance processes and systems
  • This role requires knowledge of or experience with international pharmacovigilance and compliance regulations and guidelines.
  • Ability to demonstrate insight into the development of regulatory requirements with knowledge of global aspects of drug, cosmetic, and device safety, including international reporting requirements.
