Head of Audit

Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a Head of Audit Compliance to join a fantastic biotech corporation on a permanent basis located in Worthing. Our client is focused on changing people's lives through distributing convenience via specialist knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will guide the team to guarantee audit and distribution data is offered for the quality council.
• Accountable for guiding the reporting and follow up on both internal and external audits aligned with ATL processes.
• You will be responsible for policy and SOP development linked to tasks listed as well as that the team keep all pertinent policies and SOPs present and updated.
• Serve as a QA Lead for the vendor management program and guarantee that the right internal training is distributed.
• Assure the team assists the ATL associates throughout regulatory inspections.
• Perform risk assessments in connection to the tasks at hand.
• Uphold the sites transportation risk assessment and ensure it is updated.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a pertinent field.
• Familiarity across various GxPs.
• Acquaintance in a lead auditor position within a QA setting.
• Certified as a lead auditor with an IRCA certification.
• Capable of performing investigations and root cause analysis.
• Conscious of present EU and UK legislation and regulatory direction with underpins auditing of vendors and internal audits.
• Computer literacy in MS Office applications.
