Principal Statistical Programmer

A global Biopharmaceutical client is seeking a Principal Statistical Programmer to join their growing clinical development practice. Due to the unprecedented growth of the organisation, you will be playing a big part in driving programming solutions in data analytic and real-world evidence on oncology topics.

Responsibilities of a Principal Statistical Programmer

  • Accomplish, strategy and liaise on clinical studies on all the statistical programming topics such as tables, figures, and database analysis for external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple portfolio projects within the therapeutic areas.
  • Ability to develop and collaborate on complex studies on documentation of statistical programs for use in creating statistical tables and the programming of derived datasets and allocate of data from drug development.
  • Develop and maintain SAS program language to create SDTM and ADAM datasets and TFLs, and perform QC of SDTM, ADAMs and TFLs.
  • Review SAPs and TFL shells from a programming perspective for studies.
  • Present and share knowledge at internal stakeholders meetings.

Requirement of a Principal Statistical Programmer:

  • Master's degree in statistics computer science or data science related field.
  • Extensive experience on SAS and knowledgeable on R programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of C-Disc standards in ADAM and SDTM programming languages.
  • Broad Experience working within a Pharmaceutical Biotechnology and CRO setting.
  • Extensive experience working with Oncology topics.
  • Strong Leadership and project management experience.
