My client, a Global Pharmaceutical company are investing in a new digital platform tool for management and sharing their regulatory information and are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Scientist (Systems and Operations) to join the team.

The main purpose of this position is assisting and supporting in implementation and maintenance of the electronic (RIM) system in their organisation globally. 

This role will also include working with other aspects of currently operational Regulatory and Quality Management System to include, but not limited to working providing regulatory affairs life-cycle maintenance support on portfolio products including; LCM, eCTD registration dossiers for our medicinal products, international regulatory dossiers, regulatory documentation, validation and training activities and close interactions with members of the Global Regulatory Affairs team and IT support personnel.

This is a corporate cross functional role that will cover working in the global organisation. 

What you will need to exceed in this role:

Expected competencies: level of experience, qualifications, know-how and behavioural competencies

·      Pharmacist or Engineer with master’s degree in Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or scientific topic

·      Background understanding of medicinal product development / regulatory affairs

·      Familiar with IT including word, excel databases and other technologies

·      Willingness and ability to learn new IT skills and regulatory affairs 

·      Experience in project management and teamwork is beneficial 

·      Good communication skills

·      Good team player wanting to experience personal and professional challenge and opportunity

·      Fluent English skills required and French language very beneficial
