Clinical Trial Associate

Hobson Prior are seeking for a Clinical Trial Associate to join a fantastic pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis located in Brussels. Our client is focused on improving the lives of those who suffer from severe illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will conduct site (re)supply management and site to site transfer of supplies and resources.
• The ideal candidate will personalise country specific ICH and any other site-specific documents with site details.
• Assist with the execution of new technologies/systems in clinical trials handles by the CSM team.
• Co-supervise to assist the CSM in ISF evaluation from time-to-time.
• You will gain QC and file necessary documents in Obtain, QC and file within eTMF from both internal and external shareholders.
• Perform eTMF evaluations to recognise necessary corrections/gaps and attain missing papers.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree/advanced degree level in a relevant field.
• At least 2+ years of experience within a CRA position.
• Capable of conversing with both internal and external shareholders.
• Able to be creative, flexible and work within a fast-paced setting.
• Capacity to learn and master new technologies and systems.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Computer literacy in MS Office applications.
• Know-how of medical vocabulary.
• Knowledge of the principles of accounting and budget actions and tools.
• Willing to travel for business needs on occasion.
