Lean Digital Core Programme Solution Design Manager

Hobson Prior are partnering with a fantastic pharmaceutical organisation who are currently seeking for an individual to join on a contract basis. The opening position is for a LDC Programme Solution Design Manager. Our client is focused on using novel science and technology to solve some of the world's most difficult healthcare concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guarantee adherence with all pertinent internal/external security and compliance policies and processes such as FDA, company IGM framework, etc.
• You will assist with the development, implementation and operations solutions.
• To facilitate cost efficient delivery, you will champion the requirement to stay standard from a customisation perspective by forming standardised design and development procedures.
• For this position, you will be responsible for evaluating, formally reporting and signing off on solutions by domain pillars and business functions.
• The ideal candidate will improve and sustain standardisation effectively while respecting regulatory/control needs such as NFCM-control requirements, P3, TPRM, GxP, etc.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with SAP functional consulting.
• Certified in an additional project management.
• Certification in Lean/SAIX Sigma would be ideal.
• At least 3 years of experience within country and international positions.
• Fluency in the English language with knowledge in an additional language would be beneficial.
• Computer literacy.
