Account Manager Medical Communications

RBW Consulting is a talent and strategic consultancy partnered with full-service global and niche medical communication agencies.

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager looking for a new challenge, to join one of our agencies client service teams working with a cluster of Global, EU, and US clients. 

Our client offers a range of services from Digital, Creative, Events, Medical Affairs, Insights, Medical Writing, and much more. You will also have the option to work within a range of disease states and categories like Rare Diseases, Oncology, Neurology, and Women's Health just to name a few. 

Key Responsibilities

• Main point of contact, cultivating strong, long term relationships with key-decision makes
• Managing junior team members via line management, 121 meetings, and annual appraisals
• Contribute to growth of existing accounts
• Participate in proposal development and presentations

Experience

• 2+ years medical communications agency experience or related field
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Ability to work from home
