IT Team Assistant
Location: Hatfield/Hybrid
Competitive salary, 24 days holiday, Health Insurance, Pension matched up to 5%, Life assurance x4 annual salary

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking for an IT Team Assistant to provide administration and general administrative assistance on all EMEA EIT (Enterprise Information Technology) contracts and assets, including software and hardware and act as backup for as procurement processes in EIT.

Job Spec/Core duties

· Add, and update all vendor and contract information on EIT systems
· Follow up with relevant stakeholders for contract renewals
· Update Asset and configuration information on EIT Systems
· Perform regular audit checks of all assets confirming relevant governance
· Be single point of contact for any software and hardware asset management queries
· Working with all EIT team to ensure the Asset management governance processes are being
followed
· Generate reports on EMEA EIT KPI performance to EIT Director and EIT Operations Team
· Act as backup for raising Purchase Requisitions and completion of administration to do so, e.g. new
supplier forms
· Receipting of goods and services while ensuring to keep BE and Finance up to date



A pro active, curious individual with proven administrative experience, you will have the following;

· Proven administrative experience.
· Experience of budget administration
· Advanced Experience in MS Excel
· Use of ITIL, an awareness of Asset Management software and processes is an advantage.
· Experience of getting quotations, raising purchase orders, tracking orders is an advantage
· General understanding of finance and IT terminology

Skills and aptitude required:

· Good communication skills
· Good track record of working independently and meeting strict deadlines.
· Ability to work with numbers
· Eye for detail
· Experience in ServiceNow or similar for Asset and configuration management
· SAP P2P process
· Ability to understand and work within a matrix organisation.
· Possess a strong sense of responsibility
· Ability to organise own workload and manage timelines in relation to diary management and event
organisation.
