Labcorp is recruiting a Payroll Coordinator for our dynamic payroll team based in Poland. This position can be office based in Warsaw or fully remote across Poland.

Main task:

• The Payroll Coordinator will provide full functional payroll support for the allocated EMEA payrolls, although primarily home country, ensuring they are processed accurately and on-time.
  
• They will ensure processing, payments and reporting deadlines are being met in a timely and accurate manner.
  
• They will have a good understanding of the statutory rules and regulations within their assigned EMEA countries and they will ensure these are being adhered to, in order to achieve compliance with local legislation.
  
• Within their role, they will also provide support to the Team Leader or the Payroll Manager to promote and implement process excellence and project initiatives where possible.
  

Education/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
  

Experience:

• 1-3 years of proven experience working in a payroll environment
  
• Previous experience with international Payroll
  
• Adhere to a pro-active approach, with the ability to problem solve, and interact professionally with internal and external clients in order to meet everyone's needs in an effective and timely manner
  
• Demonstrate ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize
  
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  
• Experience working with a global team
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  
• Experience working with large amounts of data
