QC Manager

Hobson Prior are currently looking for 2x QC Managers to join a brilliant pharmaceutical corporation on a permanent basis located in Galway. Our client is focused on offering affordable remedies that help improve people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will evaluate all lab notebooks, records, chromatograms, etc., to an acceptable GLP and always updated.
• The ideal candidate will support the head of quality in hosting regulatory inspections and customer audits.
• Offer measurements on KPIs monthly to reflect the performance of the lab function.
• Recognise training and present development prospects for lab staff and training records are upheld.
• Guarantee the evaluate and approval of lab outcomes, protocols and reports in a timely manner.
• Conduct detailed root cause investigations into out of specification outcomes or any analytical errors that occur within the lab.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a scientific field, or any other third level qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical setting.
• Computer literacy in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity working in a pharmaceutical cGLP setting with expertise in EU GMP and US FDA regulations.
