Job Details

  • Identifying and monitoring key milestones and addressing issues that may impact the critical path of the schedule.
  • Lead NPI product assessments and capacity planning for QC projects.
  • Manage other QC schedules as required e.g. Equipment PM/PV, Analytical transfer timelines etc
  • Translate the master production schedule into detailed daily execution plans for QC.
  • Use finite scheduling and process models to create what-if scenarios to enable ramp up of analytical testing support of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the CI process to eliminate procedural and scheduling inefficiencies.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders effectively, resolving issues and understanding drivers/needs. Being aware of potential risks and escalate if necessary.
  • Will be flexible to take on additional tasks and responsibilities at the discretion of the QC management team.
  • Will act as a role model for the QC function and the wider organisation in adherence to the corporate core values and PROUD culture.

Technical Competencies

Experience

  • experience in the operation of GMP Pharmaceutical Sites, QC orientated experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Project Management Software eg. MS Project, Primavera or equivalent is required.
  • Strong experience working in a Biologics or similar GMP environment as part of an engineering, technical services or operations function is essential
  • Experience in the management of complex cross functional projects is preferred.

Knowledge

  • Strong level of knowledge and experience in the operation of GMP
  • Broad QC knowledge and technical knowledge is an advantage

Qualifications

  • B.Eng or B.Sc in Scientific or Engineering discipline or equivalent is required.
  • A qualification in project management is desirable (PMP, Prince2 etc.) but not critical.
