Our client is a rapidly growing biopharmaceutical company that is looking for a person to join its team as a Program Manager for the new product pipeline of bioprocessing products in biopharmaceutical purification, which involves multiple product launches every year.

What you'll do in this role:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end execution of product lifetime programs, working with various stakeholders to follow throughout the process;
  • Run business projects related to Product introduction with key stakeholders of SC and quality + roll out and qualification with key stakeholders of the commercial team as well as end customers;
  • Work closely with R&D, NPI, applications, production, marketing, quality and regulatory teams to ensure accurate statuses are available;
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and hurdles to the programmes to ensure they remain on track for commercial launch for use in highly regulated environments;
  • Leads negotiations with internal or external clients; assists in the development of business plans, strategies and approaches to take advantage of business opportunities;
  • Provides subject matter expertise in areas such as risk identification, project scope, and resource allocation;
  • Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions;
  • Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to project sponsors and management.

Requirements for your profile:

  • University degree in Biology, Biochemistry or Chemistry or a related discipline;
  • Previous work experience with products related to downstream processing, chromatography, resin purification, etc.;
  • Experience managing a portfolio of cross-functional projects or programs.
