Your new company
Due to continued business success and client wins, a global CRO is seeking experienced CRAs for their teams in Sydney and Melbourne. This leading medical research organisation has offices and sites internationally, specialising in all stages of the drug development pathway and across a multitude of therapeutic areas. This organisation partners with some of the leading names in the pharma, medical device and biotech space. You will be joining a well established, high performing and ambitious workforce.

Your new role
You will be tasked with delivering on the monitoring requirements of your assigned studies, as per applicable protocols and study design. You will be assigned multiple projects across multiple client accounts to manage simultaneously, the number of studies assigned will depend on the complexity, the size and the therapeutic area. You will manage the study from SIV to close out, with dedicated Study Start Up support and strong project management guidance and leadership. You will be assigned sites across Australia and tasked with ensuring the studies are being conducted at site as per ICH-GCP, study protocols and ethical standards. You will be a key link between the site and sponsor, fostering strong partnerships across your site network.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have completed independent monitoring in your recent positions, delivering independent oversight monitoring for commercial clinical trials. You will be familiar with working on multi-centre clinical trials from SIV to close out. You will have completed tertiary education in the Life Sciences/Health/Nursing, have excellent time management skills and communication skills. You will have the ability to build rapport with your different stakeholders, maximising the partnership and delivering exceptional customer service. You will have an eye for detail and a passion for advancing patient health. You will be willing to travel a minimum of 8 days per month and will have worked on Oncology, Cardiovascular or large blockbuster trials in recent times.
