Medical Advisor and Final Signatory

DETAILS:

• Full-time permanent position
• Hybrid working- remote working mainly, 1 day office weekly/fortnightly - Berkshire

THE ROLE:

• To review and certify promotional and non-promotional materials and activities in line with the requirements of the ABPI Code of Practice.
• To review and sign-off materials as the Appropriately Qualified Professional (AQP)
• To maintain the highest standards for clients material in line with the ABPI Code of Practice
• To provide advice that will ensure that the highest ethical standards are upheld and that Client always remains compliant with regulations.
• To review, where required, global materials and activities, for example advisory boards, symposia, PAG donations, market research.
• To work collaboratively with team members and to agreed timelines.
• To effectively manage own time and workload

THE CANDIDATE:

• Minimum 2-3 years final signatory experience using ABPI code
• Ideally experience in the Pharma industry - agency may be considered
• GPhC registered pharmacist OR GMC registered medic
• Good attention to detail
• Personable and happy to be client facing
• Organised and good at prioritisation and flexible in changing priorities
• Ideally experience of managing a team
• Happy to conduct code training internally and with clients and do code update session
• Only candidates with existing right to work in the UK/EU will be considered
