Job Details
The day-to-day implementation and coordination of clinical trial recruitment activities is the responsibility of the Associate Country Managers. In order to assist program execution, its implementation may involve stationing field personnel at research sites. To guarantee successful clinical trial recruitment and retention, Associate Country Managers collaborate closely with the sponsor's study team, internal program team, research Study Sites, and personnel at various locations across the country.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION:
A bachelor's degree or the equivalent in experience is necessary for employment.

• A qualification in health care is preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
• Work experience in positions related to sales, customer service, clinical research, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• The capacity to organise, prioritize, and manage several tasks with varying due dates.
• Customer-focused team player with great people skills.
• Practical experience with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, and MS office).
• Excellent spoken and written English language abilities.
• Native speaker of the language(s) of the nation(s) mentioned here.
• Having sales experience is beneficial.
Essential obligations and duties include: An individual must be able to successfully carry out each necessary duty and responsibility in order to execute this job. The knowledge, skills, and/or abilities needed are represented by the prerequisites given below.
• Site Onboarding: o Educating local CRAs about services
Program maintenance: o Help the Country Manager with administrative duties.
o Managing research participants and clinical research coordinators.
o Informing program managers of program results.
o CRC's management if working hours and approval of invoices.
• Indicating:
o Regularly reporting program results and updating the Site Status Tracker.
o Answering intra-office calls
• The duties of this role are carried out in compliance with Good Clinical Practice, European General Data Protection Regulations, local nation anti-kickback anti-bribery rules, and the SOPs and methodology.
• Other tasks as delegated by the supervisor. These occasionally might not be relevant to the job being discussed here.
• The position requires regular attendance and punctuality.
There are no supervisory responsibilities.
TRANSPORTATION NEEDS: Must be able to travel 10% of the time.
