The recruitment team that reports to this role are all senior and experienced in the field, each one bringing technical and relationship management skills to customer projects. They are highly motivated and active in learning, growth and leadership and participate across the business in product development and strategy.

The Opportunity
You will have a passion for clinical trials, digital transformation and social media, with an understanding of the inherent ambiguity and 'roll up the sleeves' mentality of a health technology start-up. This role has a high degree of autonomy; therefore, you are self-directed and motivated, persistent in follow-through and quality service, can identify opportunities, risks and efficiencies and you thrive in a high-growth team.
You will have direct responsibility for our clients Services Division. Key to the success of our client's business, your remit will include team management, output quality and quantity, as well as shared responsibility for the division's profit and loss.
  • Management of all service delivery and outcomes associated with our client's clinical trial recruitment projects.
  • Management of people and technological resources to deliver customer projects.
  • Oversee the delivery of high quality, high-value customer projects, with a focus on the customer experience.
  • Input into the advanced stages of development of new platforms and extension of existing platforms.
  • Informing the technology development team of product market fit and appropriateness of emerging capabilities.
  • Management of, and selection of in-licensed platforms and tools critical to Services Division outputs and workflow.
Your Experience & Skills
  • Experience in the clinical trials sector (5+yrs), with a clear understanding of the clinical trial industry, specifically patient recruitment and trial start up from a site for CRO perspective.
  • Proven experience in a senior management/executive role (3+yrs), with demonstrated experience in managing teams.
  • Demonstrated organisational and project management skills, including the use of relevant technologies.
  • Postgraduate qualifications (preferably in business/marketing and/or healthcare/research).
  • Outstanding customer service approach with demonstrated executive experience in providing strategic advice with demonstratable commercial skills and mindset.
  • Experience in working with ethics committees with regard to clinical research or data privacy.
  • A working understanding of quality and compliance systems such as ISO, HIPPA or AWS security
  • Track record of successfully meeting or exceeding organisational targets, achieving ambitious goals, and driving significant impact.
  • Executive-level written and oral communication and interpersonal skills that lead to building relationships across the organisation as well as persuading and influencing stakeholders.
  • Experience in working with CRM's, general agreements, MSA's and Statements of Work and governance documents.
  • Demonstrated understanding and ability to use social media in a professional setting, particularly in relation to clinical trial recruitment.
  • A demonstrated interest in digital, data and AI applications in research and healthcare
  • Experience in using Teams, Zoom, Canva and Miro.
