Operations manager, From Engineering into Management! Belgium

This role would be suitable to someone who wants to either step up from Engineering into a more of a management role or for an active manager.

Responsibilities:

• Control of Operational Budget (Control of costs on projects - suppliers and subcontractors)
• Optimisation of plant to maximise efficiency
• Working proactively to improve operations and meet objectives
• Leading and developing a team to maximise potential
• Analyse operational and processing risks within the context of long term site service contract and manage to minimise
• Co-ordinate and implementation of HSE systems

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Electro-mechanics or Chemistry
• 3-5 years' of relevant experience as an Engineer or an Operations manager
• Fluency in French and English
