Project Manager

Location: Oslo, Norway

Overview

A fantastic AI-powered biotechnology company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee all of the company's projects. They are the owners of a business that uses specialised machine learning algorithms to forecast immunogenic antigens for personalised cancer immunotherapy and infectious diseases like COVID-19. Candidates with specialised technical qualifications are required in the following disciplines:

Responsibilities

  • Ensure fast coordination and communication of actions by working with top management and the head of functions.
  • Support with public speaking engagements outside of the organisation.
  • To aid in business planning and decision-making, create independent periodic reports (such as dashboards, programme milestones, and monthly reports).
  • Establish and maintain integrated programme timetables, keeping them in sync.
  • Assist the CEO and CSO with different internal and external tasks as needed.

Requirements

If project schedules and deliverables are to be correctly conveyed, project management technology must be handled with caution. Those with prior expertise in pre-clinical therapy programmes will be given preference. You'll be working with people who naturally have the capacity to establish and keep meaningful relationships. Additionally, you must be prepared to provide general support to project teams as required.

  • A track record of successfully managing a wide range of initiatives, including ideation, candidate development, and IND submission.
  • Proven track record in managing projects in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or biologics industries.
  • The ability to plan, organise, and maintain current integrated project schedules using their source data or materials, as well as control or respond to changes in strategy or scope, including scenario planning.
  • Having knowledge with MS Project and other programmes of the same type would be helpful.
  • A biology degree or an MSc in a closely related discipline.
  • Prince2, PMP, or other project management credentials.
  • Enthusiastic, committed, and involved approach; enjoys working with both individuals and groups.
